All dietetic services for NDIS Participants are set as per the claimable price guide set by NDIA. A fee quote will be included within each individuals Service Agreement and discussed with you prior to services being provided. You can use your NDIS Plan to have face-to-face or telehealth services. 

Private Health Insurance

Depending on your level of cover and health insurance agency you may be eligible for a rebate for individual dietetic consultations. Contact your fund directly to find-out about eligibility and claiming.  

Medicare

To be eligible for Medicare Rebates under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan a referral from a General Practitioner is required. For those eligible $52.95 per consultation is claimable from Medicare, for up to 5 consultations per year.  See their website or speak to your GP for further information about eligibility.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision sessions are 50-60 minutes face-to-face (or computer-to-computer) and include email communications

(up to 2 emails per month), individualised resources and/or planning support. Prices start at $80 per session
